Community Yoga | Third Floor | Free

We begin with meditation, transition into a devotion, and end with yoga flow during this hour-long session. This activity is open to all levels of experience, including new yogis. Please dress in yoga or exercise attire and bring your mat, water, and a friend. Extra mats will be available.

Fun Functional Fitness Classes | Third Floor | $5/class

Join us for group fitness training geared toward increasing strength, conditioning, fitness I.Q., stamina and overall health, with a strong focus on form and injury prevention. Please bring a towel, plenty of water, and good energy!

Qi Gong | Third Floor | Free

This gentle, relaxing exercise class led by Jo Petteway is open to all. No equipment, special clothing, or experience is required. This class meets weekly and we invite you to come try it.
