Community Yoga | Third Floor | Free
- Tuesdays at 6:30 pm | This class is a vinyasa flow, challenging for the body and mind. Incorporating asanas, breathing, mindfulness while building a stronger body and releasing stress. Please dress in yoga or exercise attire and bring your mat, water, and a friend. Extra mats will be available.
- Wednesdays at 6:30 pm | We begin with meditation, transition into a devotion, and end with yoga flow during this hour-long session. This activity is open to all levels of experience, including new yogis. Please dress in yoga or exercise attire and bring your mat, water, and a friend. Extra mats will be available.
Fun Functional Fitness Classes | Third Floor | $5/class
Join us for group fitness training geared toward increasing strength, conditioning, fitness I.Q., stamina and overall health, with a strong focus on form and injury prevention. Please bring a towel, plenty of water, and good energy!

This gentle, relaxing exercise class led by Jo Petteway is open to all. No equipment, special clothing, or experience is required. Resumes on 9/11/18.
