Melissa Rojas, Yoga Instructor
“I have been practicing yoga for over ten years, began my formal teacher training at YogaMatrix in Orlando under Edely Wallace in 2016.
In February of 2017, a hiccup in my training turned into a blessing. I tore my ACL completely, snow skiing. After doing research, I decided not to have surgery. Through yoga and physical therapy, I was on both feet in 4 months, and in May of 2018, I completed my 200hrs.
On October of 2018, I completed my teacher training education abroad, in India, with 300 hrs in Vinyasa flow!
I truly believe in faith, and in the power of the human body, it is an instrument and given the right tools, it can heal itself of anything! I am grateful to be able to share my passion for yoga and what it can do for the mind, body, and spirit. It is for everyone and anyone, there are no limits, but within your mind!
