Becoming a patron:

If you would like to become a member of our library you may. Simply send an email with your Last name, First name, address, email account, Sunday school

class/study group, mobile phone, home phone. The purpose of the church library is to serve the congregation with inspirational reading, worship resources, and any other materials that enrich the spiritual and intellectual lives of the members and support the program ministries of the church.

The First Church Library will accept donations of new books, CD’s, DVDs, etc. provided the item(s) are not copyrighted before 2014. Where there is duplication of donated materials, they will be made into small group study kits, available to church members or they will be donated elsewhere. Materials donated to the First Church Library shall become the property of the library. If necessary, for any reason, the library staff may remove any donated book from the library. The library will not place a value on gifts for tax purposes. Upon request, the Librarian will add a bookplate to newly donated materials.

First Church Library is always researching possible books to add to the collection for use by our church members. One way to assist is by donations to Friends of the Library specifically meant for book purchases. The library is also open to members suggesting books.
