Please Note: recurring meetings are approved one trimester at a time 

(Jan - May can be requested Dec 1st; June - Aug can be requsted May 1st; Sept - Dec can be requested Aug 1st)

*HSN guests must exit the building following their meeting unless accompanied by an HSN employee.

**Please Note: Reception by HSN employee(s) is required 30 minutes prior to event to welcome and direct guests and 15-30 minutes after the meeting start time depending on event.

PARKING:

Please note only the 20 HSN designated parking spots are guaranteed during the work day. All additional parking needs to be approved prior to meeting or event (based on availability)

SETUP:

Rooms are self assist regarding tables and chairs. Please put room back to the way you found it.


FOOD/BEVERAGE:

Trash to be removed from the room by HSN employees and taken to the dumpster after the event.
