We specifically believe God has called First Church to SEEK, LOVE, & SERVE at the urban core of Downtown Orlando. First Church is uniquely, centrally placed at the intersections of government, the arts, commerce, education, and culture. The cross in our logo also resembles the points of a compass, with arrow points directing us outward toward our neighbors. We believe our calling is to SEEK, LOVE & SERVE, as we intersect and engage each unique element of the Downtown community.

Soul Lab | Once a Month (Sundays) through  Nov. | 5:30 - 7:00pm 

A new monthly Sunday evening experience designed for exploration, discovery, and spiritual growth. Each 90-minute gathering (5:30—7pm) will take a deep dive into a theological or spiritual topic through engaging discussion, reflection, and hands-on experiences. Inspired by the idea of a laboratory, Soul Lab is a space to ask questions, experiment with new perspectives, and discover fresh insights about faith in a welcoming and interactive environment.

Half-day Retreat | Saturday, September 26 | 9:00 am - Noon

Join Pastor Vance for a half-day retreat inspired by the creation stories of Genesis 1 and 2. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be both made from the dust of the earth and created in the image of God, and discover how these truths shape our identity, purpose, and calling. Through reflection and conversation, we'll consider how to live into both realities with humility, wonder, and grace.

Join First Church Orlando at the Pride Parade | Saturday, October 17

Be part of a joyful celebration of God's love as First Church Orlando participates in the Pride Parade! Together, we'll share Christ's message of love, hope, and belonging, demonstrating our commitment to being an inclusive and reconciling church.


Participants will receive a First Church Orlando Pride T-shirt, and limited seating on our float is available for those who are unable to walk the parade route.
