All church members and participants are invited to attend our annual Church Conference. Join with other EC District churches for a service of worship and celebration, with Holy Communion, refreshments, and fellowship, recognizing the ministry and work of our local churches while fulfilling the business of the annual Charge Conference. All church members are eligible to vote. Please plan to join us for this important gathering in the life of our church. 

Half-day Retreat | Saturday, September 26 | 9:00 am - Noon

Join Pastor Vance for a half-day retreat inspired by the creation stories of Genesis 1 and 2. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be both made from the dust of the earth and created in the image of God, and discover how these truths shape our identity, purpose, and calling. Through reflection and conversation, we'll consider how to live into both realities with humility, wonder, and grace.

FIRST Wednesdays | 6:00 - 7:30 pm | 1st Floor Cafe

Join us for FIRST Wednesdays, a monthly opportunity to gather, connect, and enjoy fellowship with friends and fellow church members! Drop in anytime between 6:00 and 7:30 pm for a relaxed evening of food, fun, and friendship. Everyone is welcome, so bring the kids, invite a friend, and come enjoy some time together!

Soul Lab | Once a Month (Sundays) through  Nov. | 5:30 - 7:00pm 

A new monthly Sunday evening experience designed for exploration, discovery, and spiritual growth. Each 90-minute gathering (5:30—7pm) will take a deep dive into a theological or spiritual topic through engaging discussion, reflection, and hands-on experiences. Inspired by the idea of a laboratory, Soul Lab is a space to ask questions, experiment with new perspectives, and discover fresh insights about faith in a welcoming and interactive environment.

Join First Church Orlando at the Pride Parade | Saturday, October 17

Be part of a joyful celebration of God's love as First Church Orlando participates in the Pride Parade! Together, we'll share Christ's message of love, hope, and belonging, demonstrating our commitment to being an inclusive and reconciling church.

Participants will receive a First Church Orlando Pride T-shirt, and limited seating on our float is available for those who are unable to walk the parade route.
